In accordance with the Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce and the Regulation on Commercial Communication and Commercial Electronic Messages; data, voice, and video messages sent in an electronic environment for commercial purposes using means such as telephone, call centers, fax, automatic dialing machines, smart voice recording systems, electronic mail, and short message service (SMS) are considered commercial electronic messages.

Commercial electronic messages may be sent for product and service promotions, advertising, campaigns, exclusive deals, invitations, organizations, surveys, sales and marketing activities, informative updates, as well as processes regarding complaints and suggestions.

Within the scope of electronic communication processes; ALKATAŞ İNŞAAT VE TAAHHÜT ANONİM ŞİRKETİ and/or its affiliates, legally authorized real and/or legal public institutions and organizations, business partners, subcontractors, franchisees, suppliers, service providers supporting product and service workflows, and domestic and/or international real and/or legal third-party partners may contact you via telephone, fax, short message (SMS), e-mail, WhatsApp-like applications, social media platforms, call center, and other digital communication tools.

Commercial electronic messages are sent in compliance with the relevant legislation, and can be updated according to user preferences; users may opt-out from receiving these electronic communications at any time.
